Return & Refund Policy

At Zano Hardware, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, design-forward hardware 
crafted to elevate every space. Every piece is inspected with care before leaving our 
warehouse. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, our return policy is designed to make the process clear and fair.

1. Change of Mind Returns

  • We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided all the following 
    conditions are met:
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original saleable condition.
  • It is returned in its original packaging, including all screws, mounting accessories, 
    and protective wrapping.

The return is accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Important Notes:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable 
    shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned items 
    are received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for large or trade orders to cover handling and 
    inspection.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zanohardware.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the fault or damage (including packaging if damaged in transit)
  • A brief description of the issue. 

Once assessed, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the affected item(s)
  • A store credit or full refund (excluding normal wear and tear)

3. Exclusions & Natural Material Disclaimer

Due to the nature of our materials, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the 
following:

  • Variations in natural stone such as veining, marbling, texture, or tone. These 
    are inherent features, not defects.
  • Patina development or finish aging on metals such as brass. This is part of the 
    natural character of the material.
  • Items damaged through incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or modifications.
  • Sale, clearance, custom, or trade orders, which are final sale unless deemed faulty.

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions and images carefully or reaching out to our team before ordering if you have specific aesthetic requirements.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@zanohardware.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide return authorisation and shipping instructions.
  • Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Items returned damaged due to 
    poor packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or 
    rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.

5. International Orders

For international returns:

  • Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or 
    import charges.
  • We recommend insured, trackable shipping as we cannot refund lost or damaged 
    return parcels.

6. Order Errors & Short Shipments

  • If an item is missing or incorrect in your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or correction at no additional cost to you.

7. Trade & Bulk Orders

  • All trade, bulk, or custom orders are final sale, except where goods are faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • Any exceptions will be considered at Zano Hardware’s sole discretion.
