All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory on the website, occasionally an item may become unavailable.
In such cases, we will ship the available items first and contact you about whether you’d like to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs & Regions
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within our standard delivery regions.
Zano Hardware currently ships to Australia and New Zealand.
If you’re located outside these regions, please contact our team at info@zanohardware.com — we’ll be happy to assist with a custom shipping solution or quote.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Dispatch Timeframe
For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within 1 business day. Please note: during peak seasons (e.g. holidays, sales), dispatch or delivery may experience delays. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
3.2 Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers, Australia Post Standard, for deliveries.
Expected transit times:
- Domestic (within Australia): 2–7 business days, depending on region
- New Zealand / Nearby Regions: 3–10 business days
Once the order is shipped, we will send you tracking details so you can monitor your package.
Please note: postal delays, customs clearance, and regional holidays may affect actual delivery time beyond our control.
3.3 Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.
