At Zano Hardware, we want your orders to arrive safely, quickly, and reliably. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms outlined below. These help set clear expectations and protect both you and us.

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory on the website, occasionally an item may become unavailable. In such cases, we will ship the available items first and contact you about whether you’d like to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

We know you are excited to start your next project. That is why we work quickly to get your order on its way. Place your order before 11:00 AM (AEST) Monday through Friday, and we will dispatch your kit on the very same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends are typically processed and fulfilled within one business day.

2. Shipping Costs & Regions

We strive to keep our shipping simple and transparent. Below are the delivery estimates and costs based on your location.

Australia (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: This service is Free for orders over $150.00. For orders under $149.99, the cost is $9.95.

  • Express Shipping: Need it sooner? Choose Express delivery for $35.00 to receive your kit within 1 to 4 business days.

New Zealand (International)

  • Free Shipping: This service is Free for all orders of $150.00 or more.

  • Flat Rate: For orders under $149.99, a shipping fee of $35.00 applies.

Zano Hardware currently ships to Australia and New Zealand. If you’re located outside these regions, please contact our team at info@zanohardware.com — we’ll be happy to assist with a custom shipping solution or quote.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Dispatch Timeframe

For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within 1 business day. Please note: during peak seasons (e.g. holidays, sales), dispatch or delivery may experience delays. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

3.2 Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable carriers, Australia Post Standard, for deliveries.

Expected transit times:

  • Domestic (within Australia): 2–8 business days, depending on region
  • New Zealand / Nearby Regions: 6-27 business days( Most orders arrive in less than 10 business days.)
     

Once the order is shipped, we will send you tracking details so you can monitor your package.

Please note: postal delays, customs clearance, and regional holidays may affect actual delivery time beyond our control.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.
