The finish, materials, and craftsmanship of this product are covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This includes manufacturing defects in the surface treatment or natural material faults that become evident under normal use.

Natural Variation: As this product is crafted from natural stone, variations in veining, texture, andcolor are inherent and not considered defects.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Incorrect installation or use of power tools during installation

Installation Care – Natural Marble Handles

Our marble handles are crafted from genuine natural stone. Due to the nature of marble, careful installation is essential.

✔ Drill holes 1 mm larger than screw size
✔ Mark hole positions accurately
✔ Use a manual screwdriver only
✔ Insert all screws before tightening
✔ Tighten slowly and evenly
✔ Do not over-tighten

Incorrect installation may result in cracking and is not considered a product fault.

For best results, professional installation is recommended.
